History, culture in Southern Africa

Southern Africa's history began with natives, then with the Europeans. The culture in Southern Africa varies with art, language, religion, and customs. The natives in Southern Africa were The Afrikaners and the Boers, and the Zulus. The British and the Dutch and other Europeans came after the Portuguese. The Southern Africans celebrate many holidays, including Heritage Day, Christmas and more. Southern African artists paint traditional ethnics paintings. The two major languages spoken in Southern Africa are Khoisan or Bantu. Europeans are the ones who brought Christianity to Africa. Many people who do not practice Christianity practice different African religions.
